Meet Dale
I help families figure out how to pay for senior care - especially when a home is involved.

When a parent needs care, most families are suddenly faced with decisions they’ve never had to make before - what type of care is needed, how to afford it, and what to do with the home. That’s where I come in.
I’m Dale Corpus — a Senior Transition Strategist and senior-focused real estate expert based in the San Francisco Bay Area. I hold both the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation and RCFE Administrator certification.
I’ve been in real estate and finance since 2001, starting as a loan officer before becoming a Realtor during the mortgage crisis, helping clients navigate short sales and complex financial situations.
I’m also a licensed mortgage professional (NMLS #339169), which allows me to guide families through financing and funding options when needed.
Over time, I noticed something: nearly every situation I was involved in had a senior at the center - whether it was a probate sale, a trust transition, downsizing, or a move into senior living. Without realizing it, I had already stepped into the senior transition space.
Today, I help families figure out how to pay for care and what to do with the home - whether that means selling, staying, or using the home strategically to fund care.
My role isn’t to push one solution. It’s to help you understand your options so you can make the right decision for your situation.
Community involvement is deeply important to me. I’m an active member of the Danville - San Ramon Rotary Club and a Trusted Network Verified Member of TenderCare, where I collaborate with other professionals who support families through care decisions.
Clarity first. Compassion always. Because the right decision starts with understanding your options.

The probate process felt overwhelming until Dale stepped in. He kept our family informed every step and got us a fair offer fast.

I had a fantastic experience working with Dale! My aunt needed to sell her fixer-upper quickly and didn't have much cash for repairs. Dale's expertise in senior transitions was a perfect fit. He provided excellent advice that allowed her to minimize up front expenditures and still get an amazing price for her home. In addition, the speed with which he sold her home was astonishing. Throughout the entire process, Dale kept me informed and provided detailed, comprehensive answers to all my questions. One of the reasons the process went so smoothly was because Dale has an impressive network of resources (e.g., inspectors, escrow agents, professional cleaners), who not only responded quickly, but also provided great services at very reasonable prices. He clearly knows the Bay Area market inside and out and executes with effectiveness, honesty, acumen, and integrity. I truly enjoyed working with Dale and would recommend him without reservation!
